A Certified Project Officer (CPO) applies contemporary project management tools, techniques and methods to the unique context of each project they undertake. They identify and respond proactively to project risks, opportunities and issues, keeping stakeholders fully informed throughout.

  • Ideal for early-career professionals stepping into project management work.

  • Evaluation: Assessment Questionnaire based on planning and execution

  • Outcome: Competence in project fundamentals, tools and communication

  • Units: 1-6

CPM seal

A Certified Project Master (CPM) is a project leader and innovator. They’ve been independently assessed against a broad range of project management competencies, and can apply a suite of specialized technical and managerial skills to initiate, plan, execute and evaluate their own project work and the work of others.

  • Ideal for mid-level managers looking to upskill in planning and execution

  • Evaluation:  Assessment + Case Writing

  • Outcome: End-to-end project execution, advanced tools, people management

  • Units: 1-9 

CPD seal

A Certified Project Director (CPD) has the proven ability to lead multiple, complex projects, programs and portfolios of work. They make high-level autonomous decisions and use initiative and judgement to navigate a diverse range of activities that span functions, organisations, regions and cultures.

  • Ideal for industry specialists and Senior Leaders needing domain-relevant PM knowledge

  • Evaluation: Assessment + Case Writing + Skills Interview

  • Outcome: Strategic leadership of portfolios and complex projects

  • Units: 1-12
